Do parents have to be present?

Yes, parents should expect to be present or nearby to help out if needed in this program. This will depend on how familiar your child is with using a computer, tablet, and/or; as well as following directions.

What requirements do I need to participate?

You'll need internet and a laptop, iPad, mobile phone, or desktop computer.

Is it easy to access?

Yes, you can access our online program on any device that is connected to the internet.

I'm not technical. Will you show me how to log in?

Yes. You will get an email with log in info. We can help if need be. It's easy!

Do parents have to print things off ?

Occasionally, there are activities parents can download and print from the preschool dashboard to enhance the learning experience.

Do parents have to buy any extra supplies?

Supply kits and weather buddies are available for purchase but not mandatory.

Can I connect with preschool parents in my child's preschool class?

Absolutely! After signing up, you'll join our private Preschool Pals Facebook group of amazing preschool families. We're super supportive and excited to have you join

Can I cancel at anytime?

We require a 30 day notice of cancellation. However, we believe a minimum of nine (9) months of programming is best to get the full benefit of our premium preschool program.
