Shipping FAQ

1. How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping!

2. When will my order ship?

Orders placed on Black Friday or during launch week will begin shipping the FIRST WEEK of December. After that, we process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders must be placed before DECEMBER 15th to guarantee arrival before Christmas.

3. How will my order be shipped?

We use USPS Priority Mail for fast and reliable delivery. Your box should arrive within 1-3 business days after it ships.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

6. Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! Just include the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. You can also add a gift note for free by emailing [email protected] (include order # and email address).

7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future!

8. What if my box arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your box or any items arrive damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

9. What is your holiday shipping deadline?

Order by Dec. 15 to guarantee delivery by Christmas. USPS Priority Mail can be delayed during the holidays, so we recommend ordering early!
